Our founders, Stefano Compagnoni and his brother Giorgio (today also together with Stefano&#8217;s daughter, Roberta), have been leading the company for over 40 years, relying on the expertise, competence and know-how of all collaborators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there&#8217;s an aspect which is even more important for us: human value, because each collaborator and employee is an active part of our success plan.
