Weeks of work condensed into a few dozen seconds: the time lapse filmed inside the new COMER SpA plant tells the whole story of how the new production line was built, from an empty floor to 11 injection molding presses installed and aligned.
It starts with a completely empty space. Then the trucks arrive: each press is unloaded, lifted and craned into position, then assembled component by component. Hoppers, control panels, hydraulic systems, robotic arms and safety cages find their place, machine after machine, until they form a continuous row along the entire building.
Behind every step is our own production team. Not external contractors: the people who work in our departments every day, with specific technical skills built on our machines, transported, assembled, leveled and connected every single press. That expertise stays in the company and will keep guaranteeing maintenance and production continuity for years to come.
The result is new manufacturing capacity dedicated to PVC fittings and valves, Made in Italy: a concrete investment serving customers and distributors worldwide.
